He might he hasn't been arrested and done the bail/release hearing on that case yet. people they haven't said names yet on that case they still got serve him and bring him into the court house THEN judge will hold a hearing to decide if he gets out of jail or not for this case. And even if the Fed judge could count this on a case hasn't been charged with yet, she has to hold a meeting and plan out how to punish him. You can't just run up and arrest man. You're right, but I kinda wish they did putting him in with other inmates and not because I expect other inmates to treat him poorly, but because I think they could shine a light on how far removed he is from the common man he has claimed to represent. The real question will be at the end of it all will be, what if he's convicted and sent to prison? Will he still receive special protection from secret service and a special cell, or will they revoke the secret service detail he has? Maybe just send him to a max security prison and have secret service positioned outside the facility? I don't know it's all uncharted waters.
