The state proved in the first trial that it would b impossible for bortlen to have fired the fatal shots because there was blood on the top right shoulder of his shirt and no blood splatter on the driver seat meaning his back was plush to the seat when the shots were fired from inside the car making it literally impossible to shoot juvy in the left side of his face and the back of sak head

Melly defense said that wasn’t Melly lies it was Bortlen lies and Bortlen was one drove bodies to hospital and change of clothes etc. So why was Bortlen lying then why was Bortlen trying cover up the murder since Melly was in the vehicle. The Defense has been saying it was Bortlen from day 1. If Melly and Bortlen are trialed together in October then Both Defenses will be battling eachother especially if Melly Defense try’s to blame Bortlen again lol. IMO Bortlen will be picked up soon and have his Bond revoked awaiting his trial that’s coming soon.
