It was already proven they were deceased before the alleged drive by. From the bullet holes on the outside lacking keyhole patterns which would of been present if the vehicle was shot while moving and also the wounds they had from the alleged drive by didnt bleed. Because there was no pulse. They were dead well before the alleged drive by. That was proven already

That actually wasn't proven. When they asked the Medical Examiners if they could tell how long they were dead when the body received the other GSW, they couldn't answer. They said it depends on how long they took to die. They already said the first shot was the kill shot. If they died immediately, any other GSW after that would be after the heart stopped, even if they happened immediately.

Plus, the forensics expert was very amateurish, and ONLY gave SUGGESTED ways the murders could have taken place inside, and not by a drive by....his words not mine. He was a witness for the prosecution, so he would not have shown other possibilities. The prosecutor gave him Melly's dimensions, and told him to make him fit as the murderer.
