Oh god my party did this once. My character was a skeleton so I could fit down the chimney pretty easy. It was summer so they werent using it. I did so. Plan was at night I was gonna sneak out, let the party out, and we head out the front door handling guards if needed. Well the other half of the group on the outside got bored and decided to blow a hole in the roof midday to get them instead. They had approved the previous plan. My skeleton Thief hid in the chimney until all noise stopped. 2 party members died, and if I had exited in front of all the guard it would have been 3. It was funny as hell though.
