TRACKING improvement FIRST STEP: a UPDRS test, a push test with video, a walking and turning test with video, a talking test with video and possibly a writing test with video, standing from seated on hard back chair video with your arms crossed. These videos are kept on file to be used for comparison with future videos. This is a fairly accurate means of documenting improvements over time as it is actually fairly easy for some people to not realize how much they have improved over time.

Hi Roy, my uncle has Parkinson's for over 10 years. After reading your comments, I tried to look for vitamin B1 ( hcl thiamine) I looked on vitacost and also on Amazon , but couldn't find it . They have the B1, but without the hcl. Please guide us. Also, is it possible for me to speak with you? I would really appreciate it. Thanks. Right now, he just takes Levadopa/ carbidopa 5 times a day. Thanks again.

Ambroxol has worked for me, its in Phase 3 trials. It creates enzymes that fight the aggregates killing brain cells. Unfortunately, America has just restricted imports of the drug. That said, it seems my particular version also could be resolved with Benfotiamine, which also jump starts enzymes to do work as well.

@@jeremymorgan9582 the report I read said 1000mg a day. That's what being tested in Phase 3 trials now. It used to be sold on Jeff Bezos' Amaz... , but the FDA in the United States stepped in to block it being imported by that vendor. I wonder why 🙄 Separately, I saw a patent in the US being registered for its very use in this regard. So there may be some corrupt forces at play here to prevent people from importing it to America. That said, you may want to look into benfothiamine (fat soluble b1) and serrapeptase, seems like separately, they may have similar effects. Speaking from experience.

Start taking vitamin B1 500mg two tablets before breakfast and two tablets before lunch. Buy the Vitacost brand online. You will see good results in two to three months. Age does not matter. It will definitely help.

Typical trials take 5 years , then afterwards another trial involving more larger groups of people with different backgrounds (medical backgrounds, ethnic, see side effects with other medicines etc) which can take 5-10 years! If everything is good to go then it’ll get the FDA approval, if the 1st 5 year trial was successful, there’s a 98% chance it’ll be successful in the 2nd trial run which will put it on a fast track path of approval

Try looking into ibogaine treatment in Mexico or DMT, ibogaine is being trialed in Mexico and Germany I believe, but you can probably arrange treatment in proper dosage (I believe it's lower than other treatment cases) for parkinsons with those giving it for PTSD and addiction, while I also read some article somewhere about mice having the parts of the brain that gets destroyed by parkinsons (GDNF) restored from DMT

You can always view tv news with a dose of caution & skepticism (especially if it can sway a political path), but cant automatically dismiss everything.. Ive been following this treatment option for about 9 years now. I believe the only hangup is getting FDA approval for human testing. Of course THAT is a huge ordeal. It would be nice if President Trumps RIGHT TO TRY legislation (or something similar) made it possible for this to cut thru the BS & move forward.
