This is absolutely amazing. I’m a new to the game business consultant. What happens when a business owner DOESN’T have a vivid vision themselves? Where do you go from there? Tell them they must have one or this isn’t going anywhere and you gotta figure it out? How do you respond if they say they don’t? Does that ever happen?

They need to figure it out. If they don't that would be a sign, to me at least, that they've started the business for entirely the wrong reasons.
