Great video! My husband and I watch your videos religiously. Can you please do a catch, clean, and cook for bowfin? Here in S. Carolina, when we catch them we usually don't keep them because the meat is so mushy. I would love to know how to cook them. We'll definitely start keeping them. Thank you! Keep the videos coming.
