I was watching Oprah, she had a mother on her show who was dying of breast cancer . The whole show was about prevention . That night at age 34 I layed in I bed and did the breast self check . I found a lump and that was the beginning of my 20 year journey with stage four cancer. I would never have thought to do a self check so young but thanks to women like you and Oprah using their platform to spread awareness I’m alive today.

Hi Chris, I Was referred by the CHris Beat Cancer. I have stage 4 lung Cancer. My medicine called IRESSA does not shrink the tumor but its keeping it from growing. If I have to live with this what do you recommend eating. Can you eat cheese and drink coffee, can you eat fish and eggs?

Wish my wife done self breast exam. Wife went for yearly checkup appointment. Doctors found lump in right breast. Doctors asked wife she done self breast exam and said no. Mastectomy to remove right breast. For first five years every three months breast exam from male breast cancer doctor. For last five years every six months for breast exam from male breast cancer doctor. Mammogram every year for ten years. Male breast cancer doctor seen more of wife nake boby then I did. Do self breast exam each month or male breast cancer doctor will do them for you.
