Yes Dr Pal is all over the KZbin channel. He has an excellent way of putting his views on the subject matter which will be lucid and understandable by all viewers. There is one Dr by name Dr B S Ramakrishna who is an expert in Gastroenterology and was previously as Head of Gastroenterology department at CMC Vellore and has written numerous Research articles on the subject. He is now as Head of Gastroenterology department at SIMS hospital Chennai. Best wishes for your future podcast on this subject. This subject has not been brought to discussion and it requires importance due to the change in eating habits of the younger generation. Thanks sir

My best friend, age 37, got married at 22, delivered the first baby girl at 23, breast fed for a year, second baby at the age 31 breast fed for 1 year like the previous one. Pure vegetarian, teatotler, never drank tea. Always woke up before 5 in the morning. Slept at 9 because of kids early school.since the age 16 doing 1 hour yoga daily by watching baba ramdev. A perfect healthy balanced approach towards life. Very good family no major stress..died of breast cancer this year in August. It was diagnosed at stage 4 in May the previous year. I am shattered, shocked and in trauma after this. All I could understand after this is everyone has come to this planet with a fixed number of breaths. What you do or don't hardly matters. But yes, she did not tell about the lump and pain in the shoulder for a long period and had lost a lot of weight before going to the doctor.

Thank You so much brother to bring to us this deeply informational video on an emotionally sensitive topic for us women... I don't feel the need to browse any further on this topic as this video feels to be a complete guide to it. This information has massively and positively changed my perspective towards the topic. Now, by the end of this video, my mind is more aware than frightened about this. Being a woman, I always wanted to enlighten myself on this topic, but it took me one-n-a-half year to pick up my mobile and actually bring it from my thoughts to my search engine. The sole reason that managed doing it was my thought to nurture my baby when I have it, knowing that I have a long way to walk and untill then, I need to take care of EVERYTHING that I would need to nourish and nurture my Baby❤ to be. Thank you once again for bringing this video. A thank you towards Dr. Mandar too, to provide this genuine information genuinely.

For that early detection, please train your doctor fraternity to learn and check thoroughly. I was told, " It's just a tissue " for 2 years. When I insisted after these mis diagnose, that doctor please see, I feel it's something else, get my mammography done, then she agreed and the rest is history .... suffering due to doctor's negligence. It reached my lymph nodes. Plus, I never had pain but mild burning sensation in the breast. .It could have been 1st stage, which turned out to be 3rd. By God's grace, I have completed the treatment few months back, now recovering. ... But the regret of believing doctor's misdiagnose keeps surfacing every now and then. I strongly recommend doctor's should be vigilant and updated to prevent such cases.
