Breathe with the Sea

A wonderful recording of the Solway sea as she breathes, which we can follow as we breathe, beginning with some air turbulence and then becoming more calm, but always real, with the powerful ebb and flow and the occasional splashing on rocks, with the birds and the breeze; the deep resonance of the water that is within us and is life.
