Is it possible to have pain not only on your back but in your stomach area as well when breathing?

Hi I'm new to your page I had a few Falls I'm wondering if you could fall while carrying something on your back and shove your sternum for a little bit enough to cause you lower body trouble and rib cage problem pain on my right rib cage upper back pain also thank you. My rib pain is mostly on the right side but my sternum turn red please help me time in Toronto
