@@tuchel947 for me yes, I started mewing at 23 years old, now im 25, and I don't have double neck anymore, my chin shape and jawline is more defined /visible and nose allergies also no more. Also my nose bridge is higher and straighter too. I used to be a mouth breather too, and mewing literally cured it, so now I no longer need anti allergic meds like cetrizine

@@tuchel947 yes mine was really bad, i had terrible sinus congestion and my nose was always blocked and runny. its blocked because its swollen inside from allergies and i would sneeze the whole day. although i regularly cleaned my room but apparently mewing cured the whole problem

Doctor i'm 27. I have receding chin. So i don't much growth in lower part of my face. This makes my nose big lost proportional balanced face. I have sinusitis allergies and breathing struggle bcz of constant nose blockage and stuffy nose. 1. How to rectify my face without going any surgery? May i get proportional balanced face back? 2. If i get braces what type of braces should i get? 3. Should i get braces for upper and lower jaw? Im from India (from village) here i don't have good dentist to guide me. in indonesia , dentist is called drg. stand for dokter gigi . Doktor has different meaning in indonesia, its different from Dokter. Doktor is something like PhD or Professor
