The overall vision and taste of the person or team that designed the project is elite. Superb job. Considering there are 6.7 Hectares of land, it is a bit disappointing that so little of it is shown - even the photo gallery on the website does not show the extent of land. Also the Via dei Colli should start using drones, so as to enable a bird's eye view of properties as well as road access...

The outside space of the property is outstanding, the inside, furniture aside, is gorgeous, the staircase is to die for…However, the shooting of the video undermines the beauty of it all. Please don’t get offended but if you could try to do a panoramic shooting of each area and stop spinning the camera around, I can’t help getting dizzy and distracted, perhaps the chances of selling would be higher.
