It is obvious that by highlighting the class issues Brecht and his views are those of a supporter of Marxist philosophy..

Today it is interesting that the Communist party of Germany is under the Umbrella of Die Linke ..the left..and I wonder was this found to be more advantageous politically in contesting elections rather than just using the title of The Communist Party of Germany. Considering that in today's Germany many left and ultra left groups exist does this not make Unity of the left more difficult.
