The Italian and Nippon Empire 12.7s's had no HE in their HEF rounds so it was just ball ammo...In Sept gaijin added the correct HE for the 3 different guns and now 12.7's will actually work like they were supposed to...Much fun!!

Great video again! It should be fixed with Hispano since years ago I just don’t understand why Gaijin intentionally not to do anything for such long years, now WT is more like an online vehicle display museum to me and I don’t want to invest money/time too much on it…wish they can keep doing it well

I tried the 202 yesterday. You can definitely tell when the filled shell hits. I would say the 12.7 feel more like cannons now. Thanks for the vid.

I starte to fly the 205 Serie 1 for the Event and it is great! It may not hit as hard as the Serie 3 with its MG 151s, but that is even better, because you get assists for that task, so you do not have to fly bombers or try to get four kills in one match 😉

I am SO GLAD they fixed the Italian guns... gonna go back and play all the early ones, C200, 202, 205, the Reggianes, even the biplanes that have em. TOTAL gamechanger!

@@TheAngelobarker I can't stop getting Terror of the Sky when I play Tier 1 Italy. Italy was the first faction I really learned how to fly in and mastering their low-velocity 50 cals has been a huge boon for my aim overall.

at 2.3 br, with the stopping power of these guns now, 400rpg is still amazing ;)

@@GhenTuongHB lol the he shells and massively increased maximum range as they don't self destruct like mg151 shells make these guns imho better and a VERY good supplement to the 20mm later on. The g.55sottoserie is such a good jack of all trades now. Using the 12.7mm out to 3km and up close using the 20mm

@@jengar6258 sure, if they penetrate. Look at the penetration values of the 12.7 belts for Breda Safat on airplanes and then compare that to them in Naval. Naval Bredas have correct ballistic values.

@@jengar6258 pen values are literally written on the belts popup. Compare Air 12.7 Breda belt stats to Naval 12.7 Breda belt stats. Adding explosives to the HEI rounds was the only change they made. They only explode when they penetrate, so the pen values are important.
