I could honestly watch the birthing for hours and hours every day! I know that you do not feel quite as excited as you have to do all the work and you would run out of momma goats.😅but I love it. Every night I watch birthing videos from Blue Cactus. I find it relaxing. I even find Elsa’s births relaxing with all her screaming. Crystal, thank you for talking about the process of it all and the goats history. It helps us to get to know the herd better. Emily you did a great job assisting your mom. There are times when it really does help to have help near by. Darin you have really gotten the hang of the camera. Thank you for taking the time to film all of the videos you do.

I once had to assist my tiger cat Jade with her kittens on one rainy St Patrick's day years ago. I will never forget the terrified look on her face . It's amazing how you goat owners do it all the time and amazingly don't panic when things get complicated. You can get all these filmed recordings together and make a cd and sell it. I think it would be a best seller.

I agree! I love watching the little kiddlets being born. Chrystal, both these babies have tan and black markings on their face. Are these ‘Moon Spots’ or are facial markings named differently. The delivery finished about 7 pm in Australian so great timing for families who sat to watch. For what it’s worth I think Nurses should come and help out for a season of “Kidding” before they go near a maternity ward. I was a Registered Nurse (did my Midwifery 12 months after my general) but after having my own 4 labours - all very different, but your place would be excellent training prior to Midwifery. Congratulations 🥳 on all the babies 👶. I’d love to come visit but the distance is a bit too far to be realistic. All my love, Ellen. Qld, Australian 🇦🇺💕👍💕🇦🇺

Heart stopping delivery, Crystal ending in 2 gorgeous kids. Is this the year you'll be keeping Little Bit's doeling? She would be a beautiful addition to the herd, plus Little Bit's getting up there in age. Doeling No. 11 by my count. 2 doelings each from Lidi and Bessie and 1 each from Dreamer, Mayo, Dinky, Vogue, Wildee, Maybelline and now Little Bit. You're all under the pump so it is understandable one may loose count. This is buckling No. 24 to be born. 3 bucklings each from Abilene, Wildee and Elsa, 2 bucklings from Made It and 1 buckling each from Dreamer, Mayo, Lodi, Dinky, Vogue, May, Daisy, Birdie, Lillie, Maybelline, Tippy, Maddie and now Little Bit. 35 kids born in total so far. It is sad you lost 4 kids. Wishing you a successful ending to kidding season with no more losses.
