I have a pair I’m in the process of tryna breed both boys made full crazy nest I let them meet and greet for a week and soon as I actually put the two together my males seem to always aggressively attack the females is that common before the actual breeding happens ?

Yes it is normal for the males to attack the females and vice versa. However you really want to make sure that the female is also interested in breeding. If the female is not interested the male will kill her. One sign that they are interested are vertical stripes on them. But just use your best judgment to determine if the female is willing to breed, or if she's too terrified of the male. But it is normal for them to get pretty beat up, just keep a close eye on them.
