The best thing to control a squirrel, mole, grub problem is cats. I was a country child where cats had a useful job. I enjoy her video's, it's like sitting around, drinking coffee or having a beer talking with a buddy about his gardening "tricks".

Trick to transport the cattle panels (we have them all over our garden too :) ) but bend like you do to create the arch and they slide right into a truck bed and then you can close the tailgate. No tie-downs needed.

Yes we have done that way! We even folded in half to fit on top of a suv and car with straps. A truck is defiantly the way to go on cattle panels!

@@itsbreellis bio char, have you looked up much for a soil amendment at different levels ? It’s like a microbial hotel. A gram has the equivalent surface area of a football field. Double burn barrel, low oxygen, cook out the gases and you’re left with something that can be used In early stages of an Aquaponics system to put ammonia in your soil for microbes to feed on and feed other microbes. At other levels closer to root structures I apply organic tea & compost inoculated char. For the next 2-4 years, I don’t need much :) worth doing a test plot ;)

I read something last year about neem oil actually surviving in run-off into waterways and groundwater and being harmful to beneficial insects and animals. I wish I could find it now to share it, but I stopped using neem after that. I never used it until last year and wasn't impressed with the results personally. It can also burn your plants if you're not careful and spray it in full-sun.

Yes id only spray right as the sun was setting, and made sure to dilute. You have to use it A LOT to make a difference with pests. Its a lot of maintenance. With my garden getting bigger I said screw it. I had way better success picking off the bad bugs and letting all the good bugs do its thing. Probably saved some time too.

I vender used neem before, but i get 100% neem and is so good por aphids in my citrus Inside, but I read the one pre made is bad, the one you have to mix is 100% better.

Hi! I always thought succession sowing was say when you plant lets say lettuce a certain day and then two weeks later plant some more and then in two more weeks plant some more so that you’re harvesting plants throughout the season. Do you do anything like this?

Hi Bre! Wondering if you see many weeds sprouting from the EZ Straw you use as mulch? I've seen reviews where people claim they get a lot of wheat growing in their garden from it.

My cats are indoors. Ive had a few neighborhood cats get in and I scare them off if I see them and they have left everything alone since. Sorry I dont have more tips for this one!

@@itsbreellis Thanks Bre, my cat have free access to our backyard and we had this problem with her in our last house vegetable garden, I think the solution will be to cover some of the beds, I've seen some good ideas at Pinterest. thanks for sharing your experience!

I’ve always used the blends to help with multiple pests! Depending on your problems they have blends or single types!
