How much heat does this put out compared to a standard fire pit on the ground? We go camping a lot and I am interested in the y series with deflector. I have never owned a smokeless fire pit and worry there won't be enough heat

I’ve never done a side by side comparison between a breeo and camp fire pit with stones in a circle…. but I’d bet you’ll be just as warm or warmer with the breeo+heat deflection. Having everyone around a fire, without being worried about smoke blowing in half of the people’s faces, is a total game changer.

Can you cook on top of it? Seems like it could be dual purpose.

If i didn't have the sear plate and grill, i'd try it for you, but I'd rather keep it looking nice and clean.

I have the xseries 19. Was thinking about the heat deflector. One question i thought of was the warping of the deflector. Is that an issue at all or not.

You have a hole in your pants. You'd have less need for a heat deflector if you didn't have holes in your clothes.
