that's "Caravan," one of the tracks copeland produced for spyro, supposedly 2, that went unused in the end. copeland recently released an official collection of tracks he produced for the games (both final and cut tracks, and some earlier mixes etc) including caravan -- i can recommend you look for em here on youtube or on spotify!
