Mike, I was stunned that the 1916 Corporation rolled out the Rolex CPO program at prices that are significantly higher then on the grey market! Does Rolex allow the 1916 Corporation flexibility to set prices (like car dealers do for certified inventory)? Are CPO prices negotiable? Do you see the initial CPO prices coming down as the program develops in 2024?

As a Polerouter owner and huge fan of the brand, hearing that Breitling bought Universal Geneve is the best watch related news I've heard in a VERY long time. There is so much history and heritage there, I really hope Breitling do UG right.

It is exciting that a brand like Breitling bought the Universal Geneve name. I am looking forward to seeing what models/designs Breitling will roll out to recoup its investment. UG made a Daytona homage, the Nina Rindt, that was an homage to the Paul Newman Daytona design which could be a hot seller. As well as the Gerald Genta designed White Shadow which emulated the Patek Golden Ellipse. I can't wait for the new UG models to hit the market.

To be fair interest rates will most likely be lowered, but only to mitigate the coming recession. So consumer confidence most certainly isn’t on the up and is only going to get (a lot) worse.

Everyone with $$ bought more watches than they needed in past few years. Only real buyers now are newbies, who the muppet boiler room watch channels are trying to fleece. Prices going lower for next 18 months, to 2018 levels.
