Very good. I never heard that ww2 story. It endears me to the brand. Emotional connection, the stories about a specific watch or the brand are more important than the specs and market value of a particular watch. Excellent that you brought that up. Ok, now go play some bass.

That's a great looking watch, I own a Chronomat 41, not the current model, the previous, with a black eyed blue dial, I love it. You're so right, you buy these pieces of art with your heart, not your had. ENJOY IT!!

Great review, I almost picked this up at the weekend in London, The cleanness of the white dial is what is drawing in me in on this piece !! less is more !!!

Thanks mate - it's such a beautiful piece isn't it? You definitely won't be disappointed if you end up going for it 😎...they did have some relatively cheap on Jomashop a while back if it helps... but I'm guessing the import duties and tax will kill that saving 😩

@@nextonthewrist WAs worried at 43mm would be too small as I like big watches, I have the Sea Wolf 45mm and old Super Oceam 48mm, but was pleasantly surprised when I tried it on !! Subscribed now !!!
