By right the late Chibuike's assets is supposed to be willed to his mother alone!! The father has no right over it cos he didn't train him. Infact they shouldn't have taken the corpse to his father's place cos it is possible the father or his 2nd wife is responsible for that accident using voodoo. I just listened to the first part of this case. It's very very technical. At this point,the woman should come out straight to say if it was true that she at any point slept with any man in the presence of her kids. She said her husband took the kids away 18 years ago. Stating that it was after a dispute was settled claiming the man wanted to travel with all of them but left her behind. This same man who the wife claims took her to the hospital and left her there but later came home three days later. Only to start beating the wife .... My question is where is that last born now??? I'm totally stunned at both stories. I pray God will bring light into this matter and the devil will be put to shame.
