Brenda released a CD in 2004 titled Between The Sun, Moon and Stars. There's one track titled The Message that will take you back to Piano In The Dark days. However, the entire CD is all that and then some. I wore the first one out and had to repurchase it. I've only done that for one other artist and that was Prince, so it should let you all know how much I think of Ms. Russell. You won't be disappointed!!

2023 and I listen to PITD often. There was a time not long ago when I thought this was the only song that she had recorded. I stated that in a youtube comment and was quickly corrected. I have since found some 42 songs by Ms. Russell across several albums. It is notable, though merely my opinion, that each song is a cut above the average dreck we call pop music. For e.g. theres "Expect A Miracle", "Catch On", Nocturne, and the incredible "Love and Paris Rain" that she recorded with the Yellowjackets. Thats just a sampling there's much more.
