Brenda and Laura I’m new to flosstubes, watching from the beginning, from my daughter who has started cross stitching. I’m 70 and she is 42. I just LOVED that you mentioned that store in Rockford - The Needle and I. When I lived in Loves Park I would go walk around in there and just dream. As at that time I was raising my family and not much splurge money for cross stitching. But you talking about it and showing your Santa brought back such awesome memories. I feel we have a small tiny connect.

I love all the bags. I got out all my old Vera Bradley bags, which are quilted with pockets inside to hold things and they are working out great but I’m lusting after those bags too. I love watching you two, so inspiring, now I want to do all little Christmas things.

What??????????????????????? Oh my goodness!!!!! We are like twins!!!! That is so cool!!! Did I say that our cat is named Flossie? I can't remember. That is just astounding. I am sorry you cannot get Tab in Australia. Do you drink Diet Coke then? I guess that would be what I would have to do. Australia is big so I don't know if you are near The Crewel Goblin in Sydney (at least I think it's in Sydney).....we have some dear friends who shop and stitch there. LOVED your finish!!! I had no idea that piece was so pretty. I now have to buy it!!! Brenda- I would never stitch with 2 strands on 36ct. Use 1 strand and it will be gorgeous!!!! Hi Brenda and Laura. Love how Brenda had `Winter in Baltimore` as a drum. This is beautiful. I have brought my Linen by the metre on my favourite colours and count as I didn`t always have the car to go an get some. Sometimes I paid this off as layby when budget was tight. :) Love those DMC colours on those thread drops. Love Saltbox houses. After Christmas I will get back to my for the birds from BBD. Your large Santa with the cute cat at his feet and the sampler is so wonderful I can see how your family Brenda so love it. I have `Sampler Santa` kitted up but yet to start. So love him. I love your videos. You are such enablers. I had to go find Cranberry Christmas by Prairie Schooler. I love them. We actually stitch alot of the same things. I have done all Little house needlework and country cottage needleworks ornaments. I have a tree with them on it. I keep it out year around. I am a bit of a serial starter myself😉 Merry Christmas!

If the pattern, the flosses and the cloth are all three just right, I can't put it down. Yours looks perfect! I like the large Santa because it has lots to look at and is large.
