@radparkourdude36043 жыл бұрын
@@iluveswingin I know that feeling. You’re just thinking, I CAN DO THIS I AM GONNA DO IT, then you almost go for it, and right before you take off you wimp out. You basically just have to do it on the spur of inspiration that you got before, and don’t let the negativity stop you. When I was learning my front flip, I was horrified to do it on solid ground, then one day I just ran onto snow, flipped over (landing on my back), then suddenly had no fear of going over my head and was able to do it on solid ground. Basically what I’m saying is: if you feel like you can do it, DO IT, don’t wait even a fraction of a second longer, just GO before you lose the courage.

@tobiasottinger52004 жыл бұрын
I've had the same problem for a while. What helped me was first do a normal layout and shortly before landing, wrap the twist very fast, doesn't matter if you only get halfway around, just so you get used to that ripping feeling. Second, when doing a full, think "layout" only for the first part of the flip and only when you are looking straight upwards, then think "twist" and wrap around as in the previous exercise. It just gets you right around so quick there isn't much time to be afraid. When you think "full" from the get go, problem is you're liable to always cheat it
