Ya know when I finished watching all of dimension 20 stuff on KZbin, I got dropout to watch the rest. Now that I’ve watched literally every season and side quest I really do feel like something is missing. Like I had a friend move away 😂 dnd like that is a very personal medium where you get really invested. But I guess I don’t have to worry! Because Brennan is my dad and dads definitely for sure always come back. Even when they’ve been at the store for 21 years 3 months and 11 days…..

The reason parasocial relationships exist in the first place is due to loneliness. If people had good friends and/or a significant other, this wouldn't happen. It is the grating loneliness and feeling of isolation that makes people fantasize about having really good friends to talk to, play with, do other stuff with, etc. It evolves from there. To end parasocial relationships and all complications that stem from them, the country would just need to start taking mental health seriously and attempt to recognize, diagnose, and treat abnormal behaviors before they have a chance to develop further or become serious or even dangerous. Unfortunately, in this new age of extreme irrational progressivism, there are loads of young people who don't even want to recognize mental illness as a thing anymore and instead believe all people are just "different" and there is nothing wrong with them and it doesn't require treatment or is, in fact, immoral to treat them. It's kind of amazing really how people who so desperately want to do the right thing can end up hurting others far more than helping, but here we are.

I actually really needed to hear this lol. I'm trans and my mom literally just finished telling me that I'm a sinner and all that sort of stuff, for literally no particular reason. Like we weren't even talking about it or anything. She just told me that out of the blue in the middle of a regular conversation. I really needed to hear that message, to remind me of the fact that my true family is the one I choose.

You should not look for validation in the people who find their own validation in an unseen being of arbitrary rules. Especially when they claim that being to be mostly about love and respect while they neither love nor respect you based on things out of your own control. According to their own religion you are also deserving of love and respect as a human being but they hide their phobic ideals behind a facade of religion to make themselves feel better about it. Outside of religion, not everyone is deserving of love & respect but those are two things that all should start with & must be lost. & nothing about how you're born should be the catalysts for that loss. Find the people who will love & respect you, without the falsehood of religion...
