chilaquiles are bomb only had them homemade by my exes mom...she was born and raised in Mexico...they save the left over tortillas heated on the comal with every meal and they get hard and then get cooked in the sauce and soften...she made it super spicy but it’s a great Mexican brunch or breakfast dish

Brennen, vato, foo, chilaquiles are chips with sauce, could be green or red Chile, the chips tend to be soggy because the salsa and chips get cooked and combined o se cocen. Each person has a different preference of chip crunchiness!!! Sometimes egg is scrambled into the mix so you know.... 🇲🇽
