Government does not bite the hands that feed and protect. 90% of police shooting cases are left alone. I read a federal case where the feds went to issue a warrant at 3AM. While searching the premises, a federal officer tripped, but not fallen, on the door stump causing his AR15 to shoot. The officer killed a 3-4 year old boy. No one was charged. There are many cases of police shooting. When will you people realize that in most cases, governments won't prosecute their own.

how tf this has not millions views, its clear sloppy case, legally they fucked us over. In my Phil105 class we have been taught that conclusion is Compromised if you restrict you search( restricting all the possible outcomes and restricitng to search all the evidence) Like why nobody challenged the case, maybe cops wont be accountable as murderer but they all needs to get some short of punishment for poorly conducting warrant where breonna had not committed any crimes. and the way they handle case was so poor. Somebody needs to challenge this case from breonna family.

I’ve worked in the DOC in Kentucky, and have dealt with MANY of the officers in Louisville, and no one’s understanding just how corrupt the system is there. You can't quit the job the whistleblow. They won't hear it/listen. You have to remain on the inside and whistleblow so that two things happen. 1. You are protected under said rules/laws. 2. Since you are employed they have to listen to you even if you have to climb all the up to the top. Now there is a 3rd option you all the way up and its so corrupt nobody listens or everybody turns a blind eye but by the point you have climbed a few ladders to realize that and should be recording etc...and this stuff for your own evidence and then when you feel the time is right and you have enough evidence (the more the better) bring it all before and judge and let it all unfold while still employed of course. The main problem with police shootings in america isnt even the shootings. Its the cover ups. Its what shows that the problem is systemic and not bad apples or poor officers reacting wrong under extreme stress (which people would understand, its no doubt a really hard job). But if the whole police establishment keeps essentially protecting every officer in every shooting no matter what, it makes every shooting suspect. Even if many of them are probably justified. Here in switzerland, the investigation into police shootings are always handled by a police force and district attorney from a different canton/state. Not the people who know the involved officers or habe to work with them in the future or whose own jobs are on the line. And it gives the process a lot of credibility.

I really want to know why the officers constantly argue and try to defend themselves by saying they identified themselves by knocking and shouting "police we have a warrent!" Especially when it was a no knock warrant.... why would you announce yourselves on a no knock warrant??? and on top of that all the neighbors said they never heard the cops announce themselves.. only 1 out of 13 neighbors claimed they heard that, and i think the 1 was coerced. I believe the neighbor that said he heard the cops was told to say that because they even tried to smear poor Breanna Taylor who was 6ft under by having her X lie and claim she helped him sell drugs and if he would say that they would knock off some jail time thank godbhe chose to do the right thing imagine that a drug dealer with more morals than the pigs. and also, guess what??? The guy they were after was already in jail.. meaning i dont buy that a judge issued a warrant for a guy already in lock up, thats stupid...i believe they went there to rob what they thought was her x boyfriend whose occupation is "drug dealer" stash house...they thought it was a stash house because they had a prison call with the x bfriend talking about a big deal going down lots of cash guns and drugs perfect one stop shop for crooked cops.....even funnier though was the fact that it was on a prison phone call tape , you know the same boyfriend that they had a no knock warrent for to go arrest and then played dumb by claiming they had no idea he was sitting in jail already.....this was a group of crooked azz pigs trying to come up quick and unfortunately kicked in the wrong door and killing mrs Taylor and in a panic probably had a crooked judge whip up a bs warrant to cover why they were there not realizing how dumb that would look due to dude already in jail.....and also thats why the cops never tried to provide first aid to save her life, instead the pigs fled the scene leaving a dying girl on the floor....this whole thing should piss off 100% of americans this isnt a dividing white/black take sides thing this could have happened to anyone however they chose to target someone they thought they could discredit and control the narritive....it really makes me sad and ashamed that we couldnt come together more to support this community in need.

Lawyers in the state's Attorney General's office and local District Attorney's office need the cooperation of police officers when they are investigating possible prosecution. It becomes a clear conflict of interest when the subjects of those investigations are members of state and local law enforcement. Investigations of misconduct or criminal activity need to be investigated and prosecuted by highly qualified and experienced special prosecutors with no ties to law enforcement in order to address this conflict of interest.

Sounds to me, they want us to confuse or believe their holy story for a whole story just because it’s a story coming out of their mouths as officers of the law on the side of law but forget they have reason to lie but won’t lie under the real pressure of a situation where honesty of the story and the telling of the whole story vs leaving holes in the story could find them guilty and doing real time. So what you think they gonna go with? A holy story that leaves doubt in their favor instead of the whole story that might leave no doubt about their actions that might not have been totally legal or by the letter of the law as it should have been, because their buts are on the line, they will go with the story with as many holes as possible in the very places that would decide their fait, how continent. That’s how you know when someone is covering up a bad act or recklessness and now fear the convenience of if. When they can’t or don’t fill in the very exact details no matter how much you reword or different ways you ask of them or how much time you give them to remember or how soon after you question them where they can’t claim they forgot something that just happened. The holes still remain in the same specific places of the story that would decide on the spot if they were intentional and deliberate in their mistake or negligent or all together don’t admit to a mistake being made which in that case, entire chapters of a story are skipped all together because even if they claim mistake non intentional, it’s not acceptable for a trained person to make and still would be found guilty just punishment not as harsh because their negligent led to a bad outcome which is still bad but not as bad as an intentional calculated on. Interesting case. I’m sere there will be more cases to come as it’s not the 1st, far from it and defiantly not the last.

In my trial, I was charged with murder, then had jury instructions read for every crime below murder. My bail was reduced to 3 million dollars. I was involved in a homicide that killed my brother. It is a tragedy that was exploited by the criminal justice system. I was ultimately convicted of involuntary manslaughter, which I never contested.

@@MM98126 To my knowledge, through what I've read up on the case so far, she was not a dealer in drugs or guns. Her ex-boyfriend was the person being investigated. The police suspected that he was stashing drugs in Breonna Taylor's house, but they found nothing on the night of the shooting. According to her boyfriend's testimony, and that of neighbors, the police didn't announce themselves; at least audibly enough for them to notice. Put yourself in the boyfriend's shoes: it's dark and people are trying to enter into your house in the middle of the night, rousing you from your sleep, and you didn't hear them identify themselves as police. Would it be unreasonable to assume that your life was in danger? Does a man not have a right to shoot at what he reasonably believes to be home invaders? By the way, what direct actions did Breonna Taylor do herself to deserve her death, exactly?

If you took a poll of average US citizens who have no experience with the system & have nothing other than a common basic understanding of what it is and how it works from high-school, TV, the news , etc .... How many of those people think that a gran0d jury sees all the evidence that's been gathered & will be presented at trial. How many understand that the prosecution has massive advantage when it comes to grand jury proceedings & if they do how many know exactly what that means? How unlike a real jury trial the prosecution is literally able to stack the jury to his advantage. That and other things considered, how many of them would say if a grand jury doesn't choose to move to trial it must mean they saw ALL the evidence the D.A. had against the person it must mean the evidence is so weak they won't even allow it to be decided in a trial so they would rarely question the decision.

Why the court proceedings are video recorded with a audio mic before prosecution, defense, judge, jury, witness for clear audio Isn't in trail, the accused is judged by the jury of their peers as in society not a few people carefully selected and then guided towards judgement
