I was there. It was fabulous. Incredible concerts all day long four days straight. I got to talk to icons. Even some selfies. Bought a Gretsch. My wife bought a Gretsch. Loving the wawa bar! Learned I’ll See You In My Dreams. Thom Bresh is a wonderful guy and his playing is big and strong.

As a rookie CAASian I took lots of videos to have something to remember the experience. You, Breshman, did it for me, and much better than I did. This is a great video! Being a rookie I can't say it was the best CAAS ever, but I can say if far, far, far exceeded my expectations! Thank you to everyone who made CAAS 2018 possible, and thank you to all the performers who were so friendly!

Thom, thanks... I have been waiting for this video for a week ! I know the CAAS just closed , watch the videos you make almost daily ! I remember seeing Evan Twitty playing when he was a kid...of course, at my age, that will always be the case. So so many young players. Sorry I had to cancel, would have loved being there. Although here in New Jersey, we get this type event all the time ( choke 🤫 )

No no no. Not waffles! Tortillas!!! Corn Tortillas, chicken, cheese, onions and, most important, New Mexico pure red Chilli 🌶 sauce with eggs over easy on top -- I don't know the exact recipe but it is traditional all over New Mexico served with refried pinto beans (or black beans). Funny how dreams sometimes fiddle things into things we are familiar with (like waffles).

These Bresh videos are just too cool. I was particularly impressed with Emma's version of The Claw. Alot of players tend to try to impress you by playing it as fast as possible which takes awesome technique but the tune loses its funkiness. Slow and funky beats all-out speed for me any day. Just my opinion....don't get mad.

To bad the accoustics of all the guitars are horrible -- either the stage setting, the recording equipment, the guitars and their peiso's themselves or some combination.
