I remember watching a doctor blow 60k in like 2 hrs… that’s when I realized how serious gambling is. After he lost he signed a paper and got another 20k in chips. The dealer told me he’s here almost every day, he’s a surgeon who has millions but he’s going to be broke soon. The dealer has been working there for like 15 years, she says it never fails. They won’t stop until they don’t have a penny! The richer they are, the worst it gets! Even if they win, they think about how much money they didn’t win instead of the money they won. We all hear this at the casino,” man I should’ve bet 1000 on that Hard 8!” So now they start raising all their bets and of course they’ll lose all of it!

@@tv-21 yes he did most gamblers do my mate runs his own business and he is earning around $50,000 a month and owns three houses he lost two of them and millions of dollars savings its that dangerous gambling addiction I know from experience i lost well over $100K and wouldve lost more if i had it

I lost 60k in cfd day trading and gambling combined. I have learned that when you say you can win it back it’s done: just the thought of wining it’s done. If you believe gambling has a benefit it’s done. Just the thought of you feeling lucky it’s done. To overcome gambling you have to acknowledge all the problems came from gambling, losses came from gambling, stress came from gambling so what’s the benefit; there is none. The only benefit it has is you are making a wealthy f**k more wealthy and if you win you are basically winning of people who are drowning in debt. It’s a legalized pool of deceit and you should try in all your power and might to stop anyone ever trying to start just because they feel ‘lucky’. The gambling industry is one of the reasons a capitalist society works because people lose money and wil be drowning indebt, start over, need counseling all this works in favour of the government because all that money goes straight back into their pockets

There is one cure only and that is to understand you cannot win: the RNG is fake and you cannot win. you will always lose. If you say that instead of I feel lucky today let’s try than you can beat gambling. Give it up. Say I lost and will never return. If you believe there is abenefit to it than sooner or later it will catch you and you will find out again that there is only loss. Besides those who do win spend the money of those lost in debt those who lost marriages that kind of money has so much negative karma the winners wil burn for eternity with the owners of the casino’s.

I have to say in relation to teaching finances in school, I don't think the system would wanna allow that. I hate to say it but the system don't wanna teach finances because they want us to be stuck in debt and give in to the system, taking out loans to get a job that pays less annually than the loan itself, do all that. It's really sad.

American gamblers are in trouble big time. Generally Americans are uneducated when it comes to betting . Sports betting has been approved in 38 states and phone betting in 30 states. This is a nightmare waiting to happen. Great video by Bret. He was in an unusual position to have other regular income streams which other gambling addicts might not have. Find it interesting he is an smart financial guy and yet still wanted to bet on horses with a take of maybe15% and more. I .
