Yes,ofc u can,u don't need more than two cycles per week per muscle group with a total number of sets between 12 and 18, depending on experience, with at least 2 grams of protein per kilogram of mass..hell, you can even do one cycle per muscle group, but that's more for advanced people..but none of that is worth it if your diet is screwed up..

If you lose muscle, you will not be as strong. Sleep and energy won't be as good, and the way you look will seem like you are not keeping muscle.

Its measured using jiggliness scale. If your arm is more jiggly you lost muscle if its less jiggly you lost fat
