True story ... I took my kid to the doctor in a little town outside of Columbus Ohio and the receptionist was none other than Heather! Her hair was up and I could see the Bret tattoo in all its glory. I smiled at her and said I know who you are. She smiled back at me. One thing I can say is Heather is even prettier in person and she was super nice.

Flavor of love was because of Flav & Bridget being on the surreal life, and her picking the other dude on the reality show they had - strange love, so then they made it seem like they were trying to find love for him because he was heart broken. I met him online way back when I was preg. alone. It was part of his down time. He made time for me every night to keep my spirits up. I would talk to him about his baby mom and how he should try to make it work and he’d comfort me over my fears and make me laugh. He was the most down to earth person. We lost contact years ago but I will never forget the friendship he gave me and getting me through the most complicated part of my life. He truly is a great guy!

And I was 7 mo preg) when we started talking I didn’t care if catfish I was on bed rest living alone so I welcomed any conversation true or false. We lost contact when the sign hit him. When everything came out that he told me about long before is only then I believed it was truly him. I honestly still miss the friendship we started. He is a very compassionate person!

Met him in person by accident. He treated me (52 year old female) and my 12 year old son with the utmost respect. We got pictures together and he autographed our jackets. Even a personal message for my deceased brother. One of his roadies were a dick and Bret and Bret's father got him in check. But Bret seemed so sincere. He seemed like just an average person.

I watched Rock of love when it aired. I know that i watched season 3 but not sure if i watched seasons 1 and 2. Brett seems like a very cool guy. Very respectful and he told the producers what he wanted to do on his love journeys and not doing everything the producers wanted. I hope he find his soulmate.

I actually created a "charm school" of my own out of this era of TV. I was in a personal training and development program (Landmark Education SELP) which required us to create a project we were passionate about. Had to impact 21 people. At the time, I was in my early 30's and my sister age 15. I wish I could shake all my knowledge, street smarts and life experience into her! I read an article in the paper about young girls/orphans who were basically let go at 18 from the CPS system and they were collecting luggage so they wouldn't have to leave with their belongings in plastic grocery bags. I had also recently read a book by Maria Shriver "10 things I wish I knew before I went out into the real world." These 3 things inspired my project. Charm School if Davie (where I lived at the time). I had an accountant friend of my speak on how to manage a bank account and credit cards. My holistic chiropractor spoke about health. My sister's therapist spoke about safe sex and healthy relationships. A friend who had a business training yacht crew members, spoke about table and social etiquette. A divorce lawyer who spoke about healthy relationships, including emotional and physical abuse. A venue I used to work at charge me minimally for the space. I made flyers and reached out to the local boys and girls clubs and other organizations. We had a wonderful turn out, my sister was the host of the day. We made "charm school" graduation certificates and everything. We had exactly 21 attendees, not including my sister, Mom and friend Sadiki. Long but good story. Something awesome that came out of this!
