She hasn't escaped those demons when she was in this video. Not by a longshot. She's playing the victim left and right and it's no shocker, given her past. She is also painfully co-dependent, which I think has something to do with why she didn't move from her ex. That and in one of the earlier episodes it's clear she thought of her ex's family like a family she never really had. (Her ex's sister was the "mother" stand in for her right?) I think to a certain degree, Daisy did owe the other girls an explanation. What she did give wasn't enough in the slightest. I get staying with your ex until the lease is up just because in many cases, it's financially practical. But unless they live in an actual house, I don't think most leases go on for two years.... Don't get me wrong, Daisy didn't owe them a detailed one by any means, but she needed to give them *something* that balanced between straightforward, but blunt without being a personal info dump, if that makes any sense? But during the time of filming, I don't know if Daisy was put together enough to string an appropriate sentence or two together that would suffice. There's something about her erratic movements that makes me think she was suffering from the effects of whatever drug she was taking at the time, because she was certainly taking *something.* Granted, I don't know how much would satisfy those girls. But saying something like 'at first we were riding out a lease but we've managed to remain friends, especially because his family is basically the family I never had,' would have been perfectly appropriate. After that it would have been on the onus of the other girls if they didn't accept what she had said (and yeah most of them wouldn't have). But it's just...a lot better than reverting to victim status, which is what Daisy did. I read an interview a few years back and she seems to be doing great (or when she took the interview she did). She had gotten completely off the drugs, reduced her plastic surgery a bit and was starting reconciliation with her mother. I have no idea how far that has progressed. Hopefully she's still on the up and is slowly casting away those demons of hers.

I know Daisy had no right to be mad at Kristy Jo but I did feel bad for her tho when Heather was there manipulating the other girls to turn on her. Sadly it worked and they ganged up on Daisy.
