Their kid thought they would be homeless, and they were kayaking, hiking, traveling, ok. Bret's brother work for Peter Thiel, and I'm pretty sure there was no chance Bret and Heather were going to go hungry. This level of privilege is unknown to most people.

They are unable to get a job. They can’t really speak in public anymore. They have to live in seclusion for their own safety. I’m glad you think this is privileged. I think you must be a scoundrel, and it’s invigorating to read your imbecilic words.
