I just want you to know Brett that I'm a native American female and I agree with you whole heartily. My grandfather who was full(I'm only half) was a very strict conservative and taught me a lot of things about our culture and why it's being ruined by liberals. I try my best to be as close to my culture and it shows me how conservative natives used to be; women had a role and men had a role. Life was precious and we should eat animals but be grateful for their sacrifice. I wish more people (white, black, male, female) would stop with the oppression Olympics (stop living in the past) and try to live life with basic values.

I dunno if I’m insane but the mile walk one, I walk 4.3 miles everyday to work and back. The fresh air is so relaxing, but obviously working after that walk is tiring. Although if it raining or really cold I usually take a bus, but sometimes the cold is bearable when you’re walking as you usually warm up. Music is also key to doing these walks.

Good choice on swimming with sharks, I've done it, and the skipper of the boat said you only really need to worry if you can't see them because that's when they are hunting. When they let you see them, it's generally fine. Plus, they are just as afraid of us as we are of them. When we jumped in to swim, the tiger shark took off really fast, and we struggled to keep up with it😅 also swam with Manta rays, amazing experience!

12 minutes isn't really that bad, for a woman at least. I think around 10 minutes is probably a good time for a healthy female but that's assuming they're pacing themselves correctly. But Brett said sprint, that means top speed. I can easily see her draining herself so bad early on that she takes longer than 12 minutes to complete a mile. So yeah, with pacing it's not a great time, without pacing it's totally understandable 😂
