This class is perfect if you're short on time in the morning! In just 5 minutes, you'll shake out all the sleepy cobwebs from your stiff, achy muscles and get prepped for a beautiful morning. We start with some deep cat/cow stretches to slowly wake up the body before evolving into a downward facing dog, pedaling through the feet to wake up our calves. We'll then we do a couple of flat back postures- focus on telescoping the spine long, away from your pelvis.
Once standing, we begin to flow through a sundial pose ( a JUICY marriage between side bends and a forward fold, with a little bit of a back bend!) We'll do Warrior 2 in each direction, and close with setting an intention for the day. Enjoy!!
