I have one of these and here is a tip, you touching the surface with your hand and when you cook something the oil from your hand stains the metal of the oven and is a bitch to clean off.... and clean the filament guards after each use otherwise they become dark and causes extra smoke when it burns off...

thank you. I would place one of the racks with the black pan on it under the air fry basket for those wings..

Looks like the wings make a pretty good mess. I'm not sold on making wings in the Breville. Maybe if you can line the drip pan with foil for easy cleanup I'd have a change in opinion. By the way, the Breville Pro is highly rated.

Why do you have a black drip tray when there's already a silver tray at the bottom of the fryer?

black drip tray covers the actual burner units that are above the silver drip tray

No, I was actually a lot nicer for this video. I usually give her a spoken word limit every day. Somewhere between 40-60 words. On christmas, I give her a 100 word limit.

There are TONS of 1-star and 2-star Amazon reviews for this suggesting that it is poorly made and can break down catastrophically. Glass door shattering while cooking, knobs breaking down, fan breaking down, door hinge breaking down because of poor design, the unfixable "E06" error etc. On top of that, tons of people having issues contacting Breville for customer support. Not being able to get ahold of anyone, long wait times, having to wait weeks for them to get your air fryer and make a decision on it, or never even getting contacted back by Breville. Makes me want to avoid at all costs!
