Delonghi ecp 31.21 is the best coffee machine for that price, although not great, with the remaining budget you should buy a timemore c2 grinder. The grinder is more than 50% of the taste of the espresso.

The stainless is actually seen as outdated, the color that is all the crave now in the espresso Community is the black, you’ll start seeing everything black.
