First thing you should have done is read the instructions - that way you'd have known to set the juicer on 'High' for hard fruits.

Good for hard stuff, apples root vegetables, but not leafy greens. Better results if you rotate between leafy greens, and harder veggies.

The pulp was NOT pulp. It has whole pieces of wet spinach. the basket was clean because it didn't masticate the produce. Sorry this is not a reliable review.

I had a LaLann when it first came out thousand yrs ago. Hated it, too many parts and cleaning was a pain, got stored away! Then came Breville compact juicer_ I just love it! This maybe an upgrade but I prefer the compact _ less pieces and gets job done in seconds.

Very informative video, especially with respect to the temperatures. But your video editor(s) need to work on getting the audio equalized and louder. The microphone of the camera being further away at times, the audio portion can be easily edited to be boosted using a video editor, so that it's easier to understand what you are saying. The instructions say not to run it longer than 10 seconds at a time, and let it rest for a minute in between

I've hardly used this juicer and it kept overheating.When I tried to contact customer service they did not contact me back,we have spent allot of money. Never again will I buy a breville product, I suggest to all beware. Look elsewhere for a better product.
