Normally when making beer, after the mash, is the boil. However, our recipe and method does away with the hour of hard boil. This means less energy is used, less steam is created, but you still get the same great resulting beer.

This method makes 9 litres (16 pints) of delicious mango flavoured beer, that’s tropical, citrusy, lightly malty, smooth, very easy drinking and very refreshing pale ale.

We have a lot of brewing experience, and with all our knowledge, we have created these all grain beer kits that do not need to go through the usual boil process to create an amazing tasting beer. Just because something has always been done that way, doesnt make it right. There were reasons why the beer was boiled, but those reasons no longer exist with improvements in sanitation and living standards.

Great video again Guys.I have noticed that some brewers have a sterilizing spray, that I see them spray on a spoon or paddle eff then dip into the brew?.Could you tell me if that is safe and if so which sterilized that it would be.Thanks David

Hi. That sounds like a no rinse steriliser which technically should be left to dry before using. I wrote a guide on which steriliser to use for brewing - www.brewbitz.com/pages/how-and-why-you-need-to-sterilise-your-brewing-equipment In this case, take a look at Chemsan - www.brewbitz.com/products/chemsan-no-rinse-steriliser-100ml. This is most likely the one they are using as it can be put in a spray bottle. Hope this helps.
