Is it just on the Theros Battlefield? I noticed this a bunch of times in editing but I never made the connection to the battlefield

@@BrewersKitchen The idea is that the gods of Theros and the enchantments you play are connected, as they're both the same type. However, I'm not entirely sure if it applies to Auras, Sagas, or Curses. Also, multicolored enchantments do nothing. Captive Audience doesn't cause Mogis to appear or anything.

Paradox engine is banned in commander for a reason, lol. A bit surprised its not banned in brawl but hey thats how it is. Still glad to see that you got your wish, i hope it becomes a permanent format

Historic Brawl really needs to be a thing. And I really hope they bump the deck size to at least 80 as I believe there absolutely are enough cards for it and 60card will lead to hyperconsistent decks and streamline the format. Great gameplay (although 5c good stuff is not my favorite thing unless it's Gladiator). And, gosh, how I hate companion.

Next video technically is gonna be Historic Brawl. Not sure if that counts though since it's more of an experiment. While I mostly play the format when I'm playing for fun, 100 card singelton has so much randomness and variance that it's hard to get a good premise for a video. Most game turn into value grind fests, which is super fun to play but a bit too much for content

After I watched this for the first time I built a similar deck, but with Jegantha as a Companion instead. So much fun to basically just cast at least one free spell each turn, or just have Omniscience with a Paradox Engine.

That's a pretty neat idea! Jegantha is a pretty strong card even in the 99 in this deck. I can emagine it putting in work as a companion

@@BrewersKitchen Yeah. The deck does miss out on cool cards like the Ikoria Ultimatum cycle, but it gives you a ton of combos with at least two pieces in the command zone and there’s plenty of good cards for it anyways.

The deck I conceptualized also uses Jegantha with Jodah. I say conceptualized because I don't have wildcards coming out of my ears, as I only spend like $20/month on Arena

Back then, Historic Brawl was not an available playmode so I went on a Discord to find opponents. This game was played in a direct challange. Would be so nice if we could do this in regular games

@@BrewersKitchen Sure no problem! It was added back when I still played a lot of Temur Reclamation into Electrodominance into Niv Mizzet in standard and saved tons of time there too. Haven't played a lot of arena since, so not sure if it's Q or another button, but the feature is in there :) Thank you for creating such awesome content and taking the time to edit out the tedious parts! :)
