This video is part of a Collaboration Brewing Series with a fellow BrewTuber, The Beer Junkies. Follow along as I brew his Kolsch recipe on my DIY Electric HERMs System. We are going to see how close I can come to the Kolsch beer that is served at his brewery.
I'm going to walk you through the grain bill, the water profile, and the process use on my electric HERMS (Heat Exchange Re-circulating Mash System) garage brewery system.
In part 2 of this series, we are going to swap beers and compare them to see the differences.
