Right on guys, I been using a turkey fryer pot. What a joke. Like the one pot system. Your competitors with the 3 pot or bigger. Nobody can afford that. Not commen folks. Can't afford your system to be honest. But have been up grading my pot. Thanks to you guys. Your know how.

The link for the entire recipe lists the malts, hops, and yeast used to make this robust Baltic porter. I would like to make this too, but would need to know the quantities or weights for these items. Please share the details!

How efficient would you say your way of lautering is? Does it drain evenly..? And do you ever do a second rinse?

I've never seen that 'eye sight' for the og - where'd that come from?
@adlake865 жыл бұрын
It's a refractometer. Check with your local homebrew supply store. Per usual, if they don't have it, the internet does. Just make sure you get one scaled to specific gravity instead of brix unless you feel like doing some extra math.

Amazing video! Just one brewing tip, try to boil your wort whithout the lead, this Will let the unwanted flavors todo evaporate. Keep it Up! What about a pumkin beer vídeo?

Gon, Thanks for the kind words. I've never noticed any issues boiling with the lid but it is something to be aware of for sure. This is a pretty cool experiment. brulosophy.com/2016/10/31/the-boil-lid-on-vs-lid-off-exbeeriment-results/
