Okay like if not just for comment about being invited back to the parent's house. Not sure if you two are married but this is always a possibility. Your setup is really nice. Looked at doing with a raspberry pie. You might look at adding a timer to the box. Love the videos.

Hey is Christmas Ale usually a sour beer or is this just a twist you added? I am from Cleveland and have had this beer a lot, but I don't recall it being tart. I'm asking because I just bought this set up and I want to make this and have it ready for Christmas, but would rather not start off with making a sour.
