It's really cool to see the entire brewery take shape and watching you brew the beers. Would it be possible to make a video that goes over the cost of making the brewery you've got, for example what you paid for the fermenters and kettles and accessoiries like pumps and coolers or the conditioning room ;)

The single temperature infusion method produces distillers beer, not ale and lager. Unless, the malt that was used to make, whatever NEIPA is, contains magical properties it is chemically and enzymatically impossible to produce ale and lager by soaking malt at a single temperature. It appears that craft brew and home brew are the same. The only difference is that a craft brewer uses larger pots and pans. Books other than books on making home brew are required to learn how to produce ale and lager.

What’s the name of your brewery? Would like to see what methods you use to create craft beer.
