Personally I enjoy seeing grain to glass videos, and also enjoy seeing you use things you carry that I can purchase right from the site (wide mouth glass carboy as an example).

Great video! How about some info on water treatment and refractometers. Honestly I’ve brewed casually for 15+ years and I still haven’t dove in to that world of chemistry. Thanks!

This is all very good information! I like the tips and tricks. I'm looking forward to getting a 240v system soon. Saving those pennies.

Thanks MoreBeer! Even though I am not a big fan of glass, I am going to have to check out the wide mouth carboy.

We think you will enjoy it and find an awesome use for it! Thanks for watching 🍻

I like that bag inside the brewzilla. Smart way to keep the grains from slipping through and into the pump, giving you clogging masterpiece lol.

It really is a game changer!

I put my brew bag in the mash tube but it’s a small hit of a hassle. Putting it on the outside of the tube would work better. For some reason my brain said inside. Thoughts? The mash temp won’t mess with the bag?

Great video. It’s an exciting day here I finally get to sample the simcoe smash. Keep them coming 👍

So that's what that little cap does with my big mouth bubbler! Sadly I isn't know this and lost it already.

It would be nice to see a tag of some sort on items that Chris likes after trying them out during the videos. Like the carbo carrier straps he recommends over the ones supplied.

Hey David, sorry for the late reply! Thanks for an awesome suggestion. We will start to add product SKUs into the video to correspond with the products we feature. Here is a link to a strong carboy carrier option -- cheers! www.morebeer.com/products/fermonstercarboy-carrier.html

Saw this and was compelled to watch. You're looking great! Doesn't the "clean side" of the air filter go into the fermenter at about 2:30? Lol, why do I notice everything? Hope our paths cross again soon.

Hey Bill, your 100% correct..... whoops! I mean that was a test and you passed. Me too, it's been a while, hope you are well.

Can you explain the terms pitch and lag time I am new to brewing
@MoreBeer_2 жыл бұрын
"Pitch" is the term for adding your yeast into your wort in your fermenter. In this case, it just means to add yeast! Lag time refers to the time between when you pitch your yeast and when fermentation begins, which can vary based on a multitude of factors! Generally, though, within about 12 hours you should start to see the visible signs of fermentation, but it may be much shorter or much longer!

I would love to brew some free beer! But to be honest, you will NEVER get me to use glass carboys ever again! Do Not buy glass carboys! Drop it one time and you will wish you took my advice.
