House beers are the best! I think every homebrewer has at least one house beer they're known for!

Did my Palmer Elveness British Brown substituting in West Yorkshire after watching one of your prior videos on British beer yeasts. Turned out good like normal. The West Yorkshire worked well and floculated well. Cheers.

I am onboard with the house beer idea. I look forward to potentially seeing more. Personally I like experimenting sometimes, but also have some recipes I iterate and maintain. You guys rock!

Always enjoy watching your videos guys. You have that true homebrewer spirit & mentality, something I need to remind myself of sometimes... focusing more on my particular takes on a style instead of what the guidelines say a style should be. Cheers!

Will you be posting the house stout recipe on the blog? I was gathering material to make one and this sounds better than the recipe I was going to use. Great video .

I'll go back and add the recipe amounts to the description box in the video. The blog will get updated eventually but we are usually behind on that part. Cheers! -Mike

We don't really have seasons here, certainly no winter, I've adapted to that and stouts are an all year round thing for me. There never a wrong time for a beer.

I am currently in the process of building my “house beers”. I have a 4 tap kegerator just like the one behind you guys and my plan is to have 2-3 that will remain year round and 1-2 that change. My Irish red ale and west coast ipa recipes r right where I want them and are likely candidates to always be on tap. My wife is a big stout fan and doesn’t drink most other beers, so working on my house stout now that will be a year round beer. It actually goes into keg this weekend!

Stouts are the best. Seems like they always come out great, but I have finally started using some different malts over the last few years, along with getting into water chemistry. Definitely has helped to take all of my beers to the next level.
