Can’t wait for the 3% Belgian Tripel. 😅 I’ve been enjoying this series. This and the brown sound pretty good to me. I made a 3.5% smash blonde ale for this month that’s nothing fancy but I’m happy enough with it that I’ll be making it or some variation again for the warm weather. It’s nice having a lighter option.

Dude! I just kegged two versions of a low abv blonde ale that I fermented with M66 as well. One is 3.7% and the other is 3.9% and they were hopped with Cascade, Centennial and Citra but I swapped the Centennial and Cascade between batches as the main hop. I love m66, it blasts through wort so quickly and it gives me London fog vibes with the off gassing

Thanks for this very useful. Did you leave the hops in during the chilling period? Ive found if I dont take them out after a hopstand, before overnight, that the bitterness can spike.
