This gun made out of 4340 steel which many high price brand guns using 4140 steel ..4340 means more rigid parts that can't be broken easly.

I grabbed one on sale as well. The trigger on mine is kind of squeaky and cheap sounding and the rear sight is skewed left a bit (I will have to adjust it). At the range it ran flawless and gave me tight groups despite the problem with the rear sight. Also I was able to fit 17 rounds in the mags with no issues.

brg does not respond to emails if you have issues with their firearms. bought a gen 1 brg9 and it would not feed underwood 147 grain hard cast bullets. emailed the company several times but never heard a word back. I would be very cautious about this company for that very reason.
